Well here is my first picture for the TUSAL. This is the threads since NYD. I don't think the jar will be big enough but I can always start a new one when necessary and take a pic of both.
I am positive that my jar is far too small! Now on with the blog. Jan 15th was Dad's 75th Birthday and I organised a get together with family at a local restaurant. We went to Lazy Moe's which was fantastic, really nice meal and talk about value for money. The plates were huge and filled to the brim and the cost was the less than at other places where you only get half the food. Then we retired to my sister's place for coffee and cake, I couldn't finish my meal so how could I eat any cake!! Sorry Dad. By going to Jacquelin's place we didn't embarrass Dad by singing and blowing out candles in public (it was bad enough in private! pmsl). Since then it's been back to 'spring' cleaning the house in the summer holidays. Only two weeks of hoils left and still not finished cleaning. I still have the study (the worst room) and the dining area where I put everything while I think about where to put it and in the breaks I try to stitch the sampler... Not much time for much else except sleep. Well back to the cleaning...
